Overview
Motivation is what drives us to make things happen – but staying motivated isn’t always easy. In fact, motivation underlies all aspects of human behaviour and can help to explain why people do what they do. But what is motivation, and how do you get it and use it?
Motivation involves the biological, emotional, social, and cognitive forces that activate people’s behaviour, so understanding not only what motivates your many team members, but more importantly how to create an environment where people feel motivated coming to work and doing their best every day is one of the cornerstones of effective leadership.
If you would like to understand more about human motivation and how to provide yourself or your people the opportunity to do their best every day, then make sure you attend the Understanding the Psychology of Motivation training session.
